Infinite Radiance Coaching
You paused on purpose.
Now it’s time to choose what’s next,
without losing who you became.
You stepped back from a career that was costing too much, and you used the time well. Therapy, yoga, taking stock, real change.
Now the pause is ending, and the question is how to build again as the person you have become.

If this is where you are
- You didn't fall apart. You stepped back on purpose.
- You've done the work. Therapy. Yoga. Recovery. The slow, quiet rebuilding no one else saw.
- You know yourself better now than you did at the top of your career.
- And something in you is starting to want to create again.
- One fear is louder than the rest: what if I lose myself in the ambition that burned me out.
The ache is not confusion about what to do. It is the fear that choosing again means rebuilding the exact life you just walked away from.
If nothing changes
If you don’t change anything. If things keep going exactly the way they are.
Life feels like THIS.
You settle for what’s safe and familiar.
Looks like THIS.
You keep sensing you have more to offer the world and never quite finding out how.
Stays like THIS.
Another year passes. The ache stays familiar, just further from resolved.
You don’t have to keep circling this. There’s a way through it, and it starts with one honest conversation.
“You already know what you want. What’s been missing is the courage to trust it, and the support to act on it, one small step at a time.”
Your next steps, written down in your own words, small enough to actually take.
The felt sense of being supported as you follow through.
The ability to tell the difference between fear talking and truth talking, in the moment it matters.

Meet Natalie
I share what I’ve lived, not what I’ve read.
I spent nearly a decade as a sound mixer in the entertainment industry. On paper my life was complete. Inside, I began to realize that this identity no longer fit, so I took a pause.
What followed was my 500-hour yoga teacher training certification in San Francisco, a pilgrimage to India, and years as a recruiter and career coach for Bay Area tech startups. I sat across from passionate, exhausted professionals asking the same quiet question you are asking now.
After my father passed, I trained as a Jungian life coach. That loss taught me what the pause really is. Not a gap in a resume but the place your own guidance finally gets loud enough to hear.
Natalie is a career coach based in Colorado Springs, Colorado, helping professionals navigate career transitions after burnout and return to work after a pause, with roots in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Calm creates clarity. That is where we begin.
How the coaching actually works
Fear is the signal, not the villain.
01
Resistance is protection
Fear shows up to keep you safe. It is not the enemy of your next chapter. It is time to go underneath it and see what is actually holding you back.
02
Tools shaped to you
Guided visualization is one tool, not the whole method. Depending on what a session calls for, we might work with active imagination, dream interpretation, archetype work, or a grounding yoga and meditation practice. The tool changes session to session. What stays constant is the intention: meet what is underneath the fear, not push past it.
03
Small, doable steps
From there we move in bite sized steps you can take this week. No five year plan. No full life overhaul at once. Momentum you can live with.

What becomes possible
Two women who came back on their own terms.
One client came to coaching two years into recovering from burnout and a divorce that closed out a fifteen year chapter of her life. She had already done the real work: therapy, sobriety, yoga teacher training, a slower and more intentional life. What she didn’t have was a plan for the return. Coaching gave her that plan. She got specific about exactly what she wanted her next chapter to look like, and she manifested it: her dream role, at her dream company, with real boundaries and a sense of self she isn’t willing to lose again.
Another client came to coaching after her priorities shifted, the marketing business she co-built no longer pulled at her the way a yearning for motherhood did. Once she became a mother, the question wasn’t how to get her old momentum back. It was how to return to work as the person she’d actually become. Coaching gave her the courage to follow her curiosity towards what aligned with who she is now instead of who she used to be.
This is what becomes possible once you stop doing it alone.
In their words
Women who paused, and then chose again.
“I LOVE Natalie's reflections, and find that she has a way that beautifully articulates what was said and or felt in the session. She has a way that just makes me feel seen and heard, and mostly helps me better understand myself.”
“Natalie's warmth in asking gentle questions has led me to see for myself where I've blocked my own creativity and to more fully accept and love the shadow parts of myself. We've taken recent life events and turned them into huge opportunities for growth, self love and acceptance. Working with Natalie the last few months has helped me with feeling overall more calm and confident.”
“Natalie is really good at holding space and asking for clarification in her active listening and guides the inquiries firmly and gently. I benefit from the email correspondences, homework, visualization/prompts and meditation tools she uses because it not only gives me a better summarization of the session, but shows points of progress that I often don't notice when we're in session.”
The path forward
One path. Two places to step onto it, depending on where you are today.
Some women want company for the first honest look at what’s next. Others are ready to go all the way in. Both begin with the same conversation.
